    Ziinnias are hardy and colorful.They are easy to grow, blooming from summer until frost while attracting pollinators like birds and butterflies to gardens. I plant a few here and there in my herb deck garden containers to punctuate them with color.

      Hi there – Zinnias seem to be the very best annual that I can grow here, along with celosias and coxcomb, spiderflower, and various cosmos… This year’s weather (in Indiana) has been weird and so, I wish I had planted a lot MORE zinnias; they can grow and bloom no matter how crazy our weather is, it seems. And strangely enough, very few weeds grow under them!…
